Create an Organizational Chart
This software open all you need to work with one titled Template Categories.
On the list of Template Categories hit the Organizational Chart category. In the central window all the libraries in the organizational chart category will appear.

Let’s make the sample organizational chart for small company. Just take an example a small manufacturing company, Acme Ballet Shoes for Coordination Challenged. It has 25 people on its staff.
Top of the Acme’s hierarchy are President and Chief Operation Officer. The president also has an Administrative Assistant who only reports to him. Keep a box to one side of President’s box, but make it little smaller than of the President. Now on a piece of paper or on computer screen lay out landscape (horizontally), place a box name his/her title, followed by number one or by his/her name. The president is reported by two vice presidents. And add 2 boxes for Vice Presidents under President’s box and correspondingly tag them “VP of Operations” and “VP of Sales and Marketing”. VP of Operations is reported by Production, Shipping, Quality Control, and Receiving. Now keep a box for each of the departments under the box of VP of Operations. VP of Sales and Marketing is reported by the Sales and Marketing departments. Now keep the name of the supervisor for this department in the box. The Shipping and Receiving, while separate departments with separate functions, have same supervisor. So tag his/her name in both boxes. Place a small box for each staff member of the departments, and list his/her name in box with his/her title. Now connect the boxes with lines to display the relationships and to complete the “tree branches”.
We missed one person the company Accountant, who report both President (for accounts payable and receivable) and VP of Operations (for purchasing and inventory). Now keep the accountant’s box in between the President and VP of Operations and connect him or her with a dotted line. The Dotted lines are used to display the dual reporting structures in the organization.
Just take an example a person may assigned full-time to a particular department, but have a “dotted line” relationship with other department or the organization. This process is same for the large organization, but the names are not listed on charts. But, the title is shown as the head count next to title. Also, the vacancies are precise on chart.
A very small organization will be fit on a single piece of paper. But the other or large organizations need oversize (8.5″ x 14″ or 11″ x 17″). To make and print an organizational chart on standard 8.5″ x 11″ letter size paper, chart needs to broken into separate units, generally the divisions or departments. Generally the executive positions are listed in first page of multi-page chart. The pages must be numbered and charts should be explained, just like the annotation in a map book, to display the chart to which the section connects.
